Ted 2

Ted 2 does exactly what it set out to do. It delivers a bunch of laughs built primarily on crude, in-your-face humour and it doesn't take itself too seriously. The first movie was a genuinely good movie in addition to being hilarious. Instead, MacFarlane turns this movie into a live-action version of Family Guy. The plot is choppy and it essentially feels like a series of random skits, pieced together to form the semblance of some over-arching plot. It was easily worth watching because it was hilarious but I expected a quality film closer to that of the first one.

Human Centipede 3

I was genuinely expecting more of the same. A horrific and disturbing body modification style horror but I actually found myself becoming bored with the incessant and insipid screaming of Dieter Laser and the profoundly bad acting of Laurence Harvey.

The First two movies were polemical and somewhat uncomfortable to watch. They were disturbing and, in many ways, were unique.

This final installment was just annoying to watch. It did not shock and the actual, 'centipede' part didn't even happen until very late in the movie.

This movie was a massive let down and the radical departure from the stylistic form of the first two movies ruined it in my eyes.

Let us hope this really is the last sequence.

Terminator: Genisys

Arnold was the only character who made this movie watchable.

Imagine this movie without him.

I'm really disappointed in the cast and casting, I don't blame the actors, I blame the director.

Sara Connor was played awfully, Jason Clarke was a little bit better and Jai Courtney was somewhere in between.

Lack of facial expressions, poor dialogues, same old stunts and special effects.

Thank you Arnold for keeping this movie alive!

Mr Holmes

Ian McKellen plays Sherlock Holmes as a 60 y/o and a 93 y/o. Both are excellent as without layers of makeup he gets the physicality of both roles perfect.

This movie is all about Ian McKellen and his acting ability... and it is a masterclass.

Beautifully shot, lots of external shots and small cast show off the small budget.

A little slow for my liking though, but all comes good in the end.
